Hi,
My name is Sajjad Ahmed Niloy, a Data Science professional with a background in software engineering with ~5 years of total experience. Presently, I’m working as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Optimizely and also pursuing a Master’s in Computer Science at Brac University.

I have expertise in productizing, developing and deploying large-scale Machine Learning models in Big Data Platform(i.e. Cloudera Data Platform), Cloud(AWS) and local environment. Moreover, I love to play & experiment with the algorithms. You can find some of my early experiments at www.niloy.red. My primary programming languages are Python and Java. In additon, I have working experience in Android, Spring and Django frameworks.

Along with industry involvement, I try to engage in different research work. My research interest is mainly focused on

  • Machine Learning(ML)
    • Theoritical: Adverserial Examples
    • Applied: Generative AI, Computer Vision, Brain-Computer Interfacing(BCI), Natural Language Processing(NLP)
  • Quantum Computing(QC).
